These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ezappliances website and services (“Services”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ (or age of majority where you live) to purchase. If you create an account, you’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account.

3) Product listings, specs, and compatibility

We aim to keep product descriptions and specifications accurate. Fit/compatibility (dimensions, electrical requirements, venting, hookups) can vary by home setup. You are responsible for verifying measurements and installation requirements before purchase.

4) Orders, payments, and listing errors

By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your payment method for totals, taxes, delivery, and applicable service fees. If an obvious error occurs (pricing/spec/availability), we may cancel and refund the order or contact you for next steps.

5) Installation and safe use

Appliances must be installed and used according to manufacturer instructions and applicable codes. Where required, use qualified installers. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow instructions.

6) Shipping; title and risk of loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss transfers when the carrier accepts the shipment.

7) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy below.

8) User submissions

If you submit reviews/photos, you grant Ezappliances a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content in connection with our Services. Do not submit unlawful or infringing material.

9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” except where prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order at issue.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
