Refund policy

This policy explains return eligibility, refunds, and cancellations for Ezappliances orders.

1) Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

2) Return condition requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and in resellable condition
  • Returned with original packaging, manuals, accessories, and hardware
  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

3) Items generally not eligible for return

Unless defective on arrival or required by law:

  • Clearance/final sale items
  • Gift cards and digital items
  • Installed items or products showing installation marks
  • Items missing packaging/parts or with damage not caused by shipping
  • Special-order/custom items (if applicable)

4) How to start a return

Email support@ezappliances.us with:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if damaged/incorrect

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and an RMA reference if needed. Please do not ship returns without authorization.

5) Return shipping costs

  • Change of mind / ordered wrong item: customer pays return shipping (including freight when applicable)
  • Our error / defective on arrival / transit damage: we cover reasonable return shipping after verification

6) Inspection & refund timing

After the return arrives, inspection typically takes 5–7 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks may take 3–7 business days to post.

7) Order cancellations

If you cancel before shipment, we refund minus a 5% processing offset (non-recoverable payment processor fees). If shipped, the return process applies.

8) Delivery damage claims (freight)

For freight deliveries, report visible damage within 48 hours and keep all packaging. Photos and delivery receipt notes help claims processing.
